About JobExact
Since 2003, our family has been in the contracting business, using technology to streamline our operations. As we expanded, the need for a comprehensive software to manage our team and projects became apparent. Tired of juggling multiple platforms and constant data re-entry, we sought an all-encompassing solution. After 18 months and over 50 software trials, we found no suitable option. So, we decided to create our own CRM/Project management software from scratch. After two years of intense development, JobExact was born.

Customer Portal
Our Customer portal provides 24/7 access for all of your customers. We also have a built in portal tier system allowing General Contractors or Insurance Adjusters access to all of their jobs with you in one convenient location. While other competitors have portals which require hours of set up and maintenance, our Customer portal is automatically set up with every job and required little to know maintenance. We also have a convenient “view portal” button allowing you to see the portal just as your customers would.
Sub Contractor/ Employee Portal
Our Subcontractor / Employee portal provides 24/7 access for all of your subcontractors and inhouse employees putting all the information and services they need to complete their work at their fignertime. The portal allows them to view their schedules, track time, fill out job forms, share photos and much more. This also allows them access to the system without having to pay additional system user license fees
Emailing with auto templates
Forget having to leave the system to manage your emails and have data stored in multiple places. Manage your email from within JobExact and have the email history of a job stored within that job.

When creating JobExact we found there were 2 types of software out there:
- Software that was designed for a particular industry in mind and couldn’t be adapted to other types of businesses or even other segments of the existing business
- Software that was build extremely generic to allow any business to use it, but because it was built so generic, it didn’t do a great job of managing any one specific industry
