About Job Exact
Since 2003, our family has been in the contracting business, using technology to streamline our operations. As we expanded, the need for a comprehensive software to manage our team and projects became apparent. Tired of juggling multiple platforms and constant data re-entry, we sought an all-encompassing solution. After 18 months and over 50 software trials, we found no suitable option. So, we decided to create our own CRM/Project management software from scratch. After two years of intense development, JobExact was born.
But our journey doesn't stop there. We're committed to constant improvement, developing innovative features based on customer feedback and addressing specific business challenges. While digital time tracking is not new in job management software, the way that our time tracking module seamlessly integrates with our job costing, allows you know know exactly how much time has been spent on each project, right down to the penny. It greatly lowers time theft and makes payroll a breeze.

Our in depth job costing provides the most accurate snapshot of job and project profitability. No more guessing at how well you did on a job. Our job costing will allow you to focus on the most profitable projects or catch any profitability shortfalls that cause your to bleed money.
File and Photo Manager
Our File and photo manager provides you unlimited storage for all of your job related documents. Quickly and easily put items in place and share them with other users. Files and photos can also be attached to estimate, work orders, material orders to keep everyone on the same page, all the time.
Customer Portal
Our Customer portal provides 24/7 access for all of your customers. We also have a built in portal tier system allowing General Contractors or Insurance Adjusters access to all of their jobs with you in one convenient location. While other competitors have portals which require hours of set up and maintenance, our Customer portal is automatically set up with every job and required little to know maintenance. We also have a convenient “view portal” button allowing you to see the portal just as your customers would.
Sub Contractor/ Employee Portal
Our Subcontractor / Employee portal provides 24/7 access for all of your subcontractors and inhouse employees putting all the information and services they need to complete their work at their fignertime. The portal allows them to view their schedules, track time, fill out job forms, share photos and much more. This also allows them access to the system without having to pay additional system user license fees
Emailing with auto templates
Forget having to leave the system to manage your emails and have data stored in multiple places. Manage your email from within JobExact and have the email history of a job stored within that job.

When creating JobExact we found there were 2 types of software out there:
- Software that was designed for a particular industry in mind and couldn’t be adapted to other types of businesses or even other segments of the existing business
- Software that was build extremely generic to allow any business to use it, but because it was built so generic, it didn’t do a great job of managing any one specific industry
We built job exact to be completely customizable so it could be used for any specific industry or for companies that operated in multiple industries.
